Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent patient support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, showcasing professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and files. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Maintain an organized front desk area that reflects the company's standards. Experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. Proficiency in data entry and file management practices. Knowledge of Medical office procedures is advantageous but not required. Spanish, Creole, Urdu & Hindi speakers
