Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic information to callers and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
  • Transcribe documents and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
