$50,000-$55,000 annually My client, an established and busy dental practice in Massapequa, NY, is looking to add a Dental Receptionist to their front-office team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for someone who is personable, organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and familiar with dental terminology. Job Overview & Environment Work in a fast-paced dental office with a high volume of daily new patients Serve as one of the first points of contact for patients and help create a welcoming, professional experience Support a busy front desk while balancing phones, scheduling, patient questions, and general office workflows Dental terminology knowledge is required Key Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide professional front-desk support Manage heavy phone traffic, answer questions, and route inquiries appropriately Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Maintain organized front-office workflows and assist with day-to-day administrative needs Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, scheduling, and general office information Support coordination between patients and the clinical team as needed Maintain a polished, friendly, and professional presence in a high-volume environment Qualifications Prior dental office, medical office, or front-desk experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable managing high phone volume and multiple priorities at once Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to remain professional and composed in a busy environment Must be able to work fully onsite in Massapequa Monday through Friday This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, full-time front-office role with an established dental practice and a consistent weekday schedule.Pay Details:
