Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help streamline daily operations, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support the firm's commitment to outstanding client support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic legal team. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism, empathy, and a welcoming attitude. Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Schedule consultations and appointments accurately. Manage a busy reception area while maintaining a positive and organized environment. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Accept, process, and accurately record client payments. Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times. Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Experience Previous office or receptionist experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure. Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Legal office experience is a plus, but not required.
