Summary 'We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Wesley Hills, NY. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations, contributing directly to our mission of delivering outstanding orthodontic care.' 'Responsibilities' ' Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments using office management software. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate patient records and data entry. Handle billing and insurance documentation with attention to detail. Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and correspondence. Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient office environment.' 'Qualifications' Proven experience as a receptionist or in office administration, preferably in healthcare. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software like QuickBooks. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is advantageous. Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required.'
