Job Description
Part-Time Staff Social Worker- LTC Located in Monsey, NY SALARY-(depending on experience) Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities
Qualifications:
Must have BSW or MSW Must have experience as a Staff Social Worker Must have long-term care/nursing home experience Must have excellent outreach, assessment, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work effectively as a team. #7693 7693
