Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately Maintain a clean, organized reception area Support dealership staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Office experience preferred; automotive dealership experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus
