• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ## Experience
• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel software systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
