Receptionist Position Snapshot:
Execute queue-based operational work with high accuracy, strong documentation discipline, and timely completion. Works within defined team standards and escalates exceptions appropriately.
Reports To:
Operations Lead/Supervisor (team-specific) Core Responsibilities Applies to all role(s) in this category: Complete assigned queue work accurately and timely; maintain clean system documentation and artifacts. Follow documented procedures, templates, and standards; flag exceptions early. Communicate clearly with internal teams and (where applicable) clients/vendors through approved channels. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring defects/rework drivers.
Function / Team
Subsections Acts as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, greeting guests and providing administrative support.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
High attention to detail; strong documentation discipline; ability to manage time-sensitive queues. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to learn workflow systems quickly.
Preferred:
Experience in mortgage default servicing, legal operations, or regulated processing environments.
