Job Description
Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the worlds leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounting Clerk at our facility located in Oyster Bay, NY.
Prepares, prints and reconciles reports as needed including daily bank reports, weekly accounts receivable reports, and Month End Close/monthly department profit and loss reports.
Maintains current accounts by making collection calls and sending overdue invoices, and keeps records of such.
Assists in monthly point-of-sale customer data imports and sales commissions determinations.
Job Responsibilities:
Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks. Processes daily billings and deposits and ensures check deposits are submitted electronically. Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received, and totals accounts.Prepares, prints and reconciles reports as needed including daily bank reports, weekly accounts receivable reports, and Month End Close/monthly department profit and loss reports.
