Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and self-motivated front desk receptionist. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks for a special education pre-school. You should be comfortable with a variety of office activities, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, and more. Reliability, a strong work ethic and great communication skills are a must. Bilingual (English/Creole) required. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) also helpful, but MUST speak Creole. Front Office Duties and Responsibilities Greet children, parents and visitors and set a positive school atmosphere. Answer the phone, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate personnel. Help organize and facilitate student bussing. Organize and maintain files and database. Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc. Front Office Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Great organizational and multitasking abilities Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware Bilingual (English/ Creole ) a must Hours are Monday - Friday - 8:30-4:00. Benefits, Paid Time Off and 401K.
