SUMMARY Join a fast-paced warehousing and logistics team in a hands-on shipping role supporting both domestic and international orders. This opportunity is well suited for a detail-focused professional who enjoys balancing documentation, carrier coordination, order accuracy and physical warehouse work while continuing to build global logistics experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, proof, pack and stage customer orders for domestic and international shipment. Coordinate shipments through common parcel, courier and less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier systems. Review sales orders, system records and customer requirements to confirm shipment accuracy before release. Complete and verify required domestic and international shipping documentation. Process qualifying Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal. Enter and prepare shipment information within an ERP system and carrier shipping platforms. Identify order discrepancies and work with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Support a high standard of shipping quality while adapting to changing priorities and opportunities for process improvement. Perform physical shipping duties involving frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year of hands-on international shipping experience with knowledge of global logistics processes and terminology. Experience using the ACE portal for export-related shipping activity. Comfort with parcel and freight shipping systems, including major carriers and LTL shipments. Strong computer and data-entry skills; experience working within ERP or other digital order/shipping systems. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills when working with internal teams and customers. Dependable attendance, strong accountability and flexibility to work overtime when business needs require. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

COMPENSATION

$21-27 per hour #INDHP
