Job Description

Receptionist/ CSR We are seeking a full-time Receptionist in a friendly, established veterinary hospital. This role is fast-paced and detail-oriented, requiring reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. This position includes structured on the job training and requires careful attention to established procedures. We are seeking serious individuals with strong work ethic and long-term interest, not short-term employment.

Full-time Schedule:
Days. M-F, Some Saturday mornings in exchange for time-off during week Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries Maintain an accurate and organized appointment calendar Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization Follow communication guidelines and workplace policies End of the day housekeeping duties Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience in a professional setting Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Ability to work independently and take direction This position offers long-term potential & reliable attendance for individuals serious in building a career in veterinary medicine.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
