Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team for the rest of the summer into the off season in the Hamptons. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in via Mindbody
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and reservations promptly
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about classes & private training sessions
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Perform open/close check in
- Help with setting up & break down for group classes
- Help with re-stocking merchandise and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and courtesy
- Must be able to work into the fall in the
