Front Desk / Medical Assistant. Part-Time to Full-Time, Depending on the Candidate. Plastic Surgery Practice. A busy, high-end plastic surgery practice is seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk / Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and front desk operations. This role is essential to keeping in-house surgery days running smoothly and ensuring patients move efficiently through the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members. Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities. Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met. Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients.

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Details:
