Front Desk Receptionist Berkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to improving our residents' quality of life through exceptional clinical care, compassionate service, and innovative rehabilitation programs. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in West Babylon. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Provide general information and assist visitors. Receive and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
