Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations governing nursing practice and facility operations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care initiatives and improve clinical outcomes. Lead efforts in staff scheduling, personnel management, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Oversee quality assurance programs, safety protocols, and infection control measures to maintain high standards of care. Support educational initiatives by facilitating training sessions on best practices in nursing and healthcare delivery. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings. $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
