Job Summary :
The Records Management Coordinatoris responsible for maintaining all child files (hard copy and electronic) as well as handling all general office management responsibilities. Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with all Service Coordinators and providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
Front desk responsibilities such as greeting / helping visitors, covering the main phone line etc. Responsible for the sending and distribution of mail. Responsible for inventory and ordering of office supplies Ensure all hard copy filing for the Early Intervention program is up to date. Utilize various databases and drop boxes to ensure all electronic child files are up to date and contain required documents Follow up on start dates and progress reports for the Early Intervention Program Responsible for the completion and submission of outside document requests. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry Ensuring child files are compliant with state and county regulations Communicating with families regarding the Early Interventionprocess and providing support. Work efficiently to meet all departmental goals and compliance deadlines Assist with the resolution of billing issues Other duties as assigned by manager Physical Requirements of the
Role:
Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device. The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
