RECEPTIONIST/GENERAL CLERICAL
Akrochem Corporation is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our corporate headquarters in Fairlawn, Ohio Position Summary The Receptionist/General Clerical position supports daily office operations and front-desk receptionist duties. This role is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and incoming correspondence. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay accurate messages as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and appointments as requested. Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong written and clear verbal communication skills. Positive phone demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
Up to $19.00 per hour
