Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Legal Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our legal office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills within a fast-paced legal setting. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Manage front desk responsibilities Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, and maintaining organized files Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean reception area Support client communication by providing clear information and directing inquiries to appropriate legal staff Utilize Microsoft Office programs to prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents efficiently Qualifications Proven office administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Previous experience in front desk or multi-line phone system operation with excellent phone reception skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities Experience with calendar management, typing, and time management tools is desirable Personal assistant or clerical experience within a legal or professional office is a plus Must be available weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm for in-office work Join our team to be the friendly face of our legal practice! Pay:
