Job Description
Front desk secretary for a private practice medical office. Duties are greeting patients, updating insurance, collecting copay, checking patients out, scheduling appointments, answering the phone , taking messages and collecting faxes. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm and Wednesday 8:30 am until noon. Approximately 30 hrs a week. I desire someone with computer skills, good communication skills and who is very personable.
