This role combines customer service and front-office support and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Provide general information about products, services, and company activities. Assist customers with basic questions and requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain organized visitor and front-office records. Communicate customer messages and requests to team members. Assist with customer engagement and promotional activities when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
