We are a clinical practice of very experienced mental health professionals. Our practice has provided quality service in the Miami Valley for over thirty years. Our practice offers testing/assessments and therapy options for couples, families and individuals of all ages. If you are dependable, professional and possess excellent communication and customer service skills, we want to talk with you!
Job Responsibilities:
Updates client and insurance information, along with updating HIPAA compliance information Greeting and checking in clients Schedules patient's appointments, tests and referrals according to office policy Collects patient's co-pays and payments Answer, screen and forward calls to appropriate person or department Verify benefits and eligibility for new and established clients.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field. Prior experience doing insurance verification in a medical office or hospital setting preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Good time Management skills. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with carious tasks as required.
