Taylor, Inc. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for: Manage day-to-day facility operations Organize office events Process purchase requisitions for expenses Assist the HR team with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of employees. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for facility maintenance. Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive to the office. Direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties
