Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented
RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY
to join our law firm. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients while ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient front desk experience. Your organizational skills, ability to work independently and expertise will help with the daily operations of our firm. Supporting our office staff and the ability to provide exceptional client assistance is a must. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in an environment where your expertise and inviting personality makes a real difference. Responsibilities Greet clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and filing. Support office staff by organizing files, creating and sending documents, and assisting with other tasks within our office Provide support to our clients by addressing inquiries via phone or email while delivering the best customer service possible Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Experience handling multi-line phone systems while providing professional phone reception techniques Demonstrated clerical experience including typing, proofreading, and document management Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us to be part of an energetic team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 39.5 per week
