Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION
As the primary point of contact for JGA, this role involves welcoming visitors, managing the reception area and breakroom, and ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally to uphold a professional image for the company. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, creating a positive first impression, addressing inquiries, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the administrative staff.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Open and prepare the office every morning. a. Prepare coffee for all. Empty the dishwasher and reload. b. Straighten lobby area. c. Make sure printers are on and have both kinds of paper loaded. 2. Greet visitors and staff, and maintain a tidy, professional reception, lobby, and conference room 3. Answer and direct calls to the appropriate individual. Forward appropriately along with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. 4. Ensure the breakroom is tidy. a. Clean out the refrigerator monthly. b. Keep all items stocked. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors and colleagues. 6. Assist with conference room scheduling to ensure that no meetings are double-booked and the room is tidy before and after each meeting. 7. Act as the backup contact for the Business Manager for all building andMaintenance requests. a. Take concerns from staff and coordinate with the appropriate person to resolve issues (i.e., temperature, housekeeping, etc.) b. Act as a liaison between the Building Manager and JGA. 8. Coordinate office-wide events. 9. All other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Summary As part of our continuing growth, we have a new opening for an Office Coordinator/ Receptionist based in our office, located in Dublin, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and other support to ensure that our services are provided effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties Confidence and good working knowledge of the JGA business Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner Determine the purpose of the call and direct the call appropriately Greet and assist walk-in traffic Be aware of surroundings and know who comes and goes from the office Receive and deliver messages accurately, completely & timely Kitchen duties Coffee, stock supplies, and clean up Maintain printers Maintain, order, and organize office supplies, including stationery, business cards, etc. Assist with guests Miscellaneous record keeping and filing Miscellaneous administrative projects. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the confidence to make decisions and the ability to be creative Manage own time effectively Accuracy and timeliness of work Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Bluebeam Experience with office equipment like printers and phone systems
