Full Time Veterinary Receptionist The Animal Care Center at Granville is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone who: Has excellent customer service skills Loves working with people and their pets\ Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems Has great attention to detail Is a dependable, motivated team player Can multitask and stay organized in a busy veterinary environment Responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments Answering phones and assisting clients Setting up new clients and patients Preparing and maintaining medical records Admitting and discharging patients Filling some prescriptions Over-the-counter sales Computer operation and data entry Processing financial transactions Providing a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and their pets If you are looking for a position where you can be part of a caring, close-knit veterinary team, we would love to hear from you!
