Job Description

McKenzie & Snyder is a small law firm in Hamilton, Ohio. We practice personal injury and workers' compensation law. We are family conscious and accommodating. The office is located at the edge of German Village, near RiversEdge Park, in downtown Hamilton. We have free parking. We are within walking distance of the several downtown Hamilton shops and restaurants. The personal injury and workers' compensation staff consists of 12 legal assistants and paralegals, and six attorneys, that work together as a friendly and supportive team. The front-desk receptionist manages a multi-line telephone system and directs calls to the appropriate team members. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, but professional, communication style.
Responsibilities :
  • Greeting clients, attorneys and other visitors to the office;
  • telephonic and personal communication with clients, attorneys and others;
  • drafting basic correspondence.
  • Familiarity with Law Office communication and scheduling software applications is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
