What You'll Do:

Greeting and engaging customers Identifying each customer's individual needs Providing optimum customer service Explaining products, values, and services to our customers Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership Entering and processing customer orders Monitoring inventory to ensure products are in stock Administrative duties including, but not limited to: merchandising displays, executing daily store operations, opening and closing the store

What You'll Need:

Willingness to learn Training provided. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus! Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building rapport with patients, exhibiting excellent communication skills, and showing strong initiative and problem-solving
