Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for a variety of administrative functions to assist the Executive Assistant/Operations. All tasks require a high degree of confidentiality.
Essential Functions:

Position Responsibilities:
Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures. Maintains positive customer relations when answering the telephone or when greeting visitors. Responsible for sorting and distributing daily mail. Maintains and coordinates the Home Office meeting calendar, including reservation and scheduling of shared conference rooms and common meeting spaces. Coordinates meal and refreshment services for company meetings, luncheons, and Home Office events, including ordering, delivery, and setup. Prepares and sets up conference rooms and common meetings spaces for meetings, trainings and events. Orders and maintains inventory of Home Office supplies, including office and breakroom supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Coordinates cleaning and vending services for the Home Office, including vendor communication and issue resolution. Provides administrative support to Home Office departments and team members as needed. Assists the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks, projects, and daily operational support. Helps ensure the Home Office environment is organized, professional, and operationally effective. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School diploma required. College and/or vocational administrative schooling desired. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
