Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a welcoming environment for all who enter the office Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Handle correspondence via email and phone, providing exceptional customer support and follow-up as needed Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary items, and oversee general office management tasks Support administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and supporting personal assistant duties when required Qualifications Proven experience in front desk reception or office administration roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading tasks Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules as needed Knowledge of filing systems, data entry procedures, and general office procedures to ensure smooth operations Join us in delivering outstanding service while supporting our team's success!
