Front Desk Receptionist Location:
Mason and Lebanon, OH Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in our Mason and Lebanon, OH locations. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday including a Saturday morning rotation every 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow. Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
