Job Summary Join Our Team We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our growing behavioral health practice. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while supporting the daily operations of our office. If you enjoy helping others, have strong customer service skills, and thrive in a professional and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients in a professional, friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Collect patient co-pays and process payments Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Respond to patient questions and assist with front office concerns Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families
Pay:
