Job Description
The Little Miami Local School District is seeking an organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to join our department as the Transportation Receptionist. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, this dynamic role serves as a primary, public-facing ambassador for the department, handling direct communications with parents, school administrators, and community members. Working with the Transportation Clerk to maintain seamless coverage across the district's transportation day, you will play a key role in delivering responsive support to local families. Additionally, you will perform daily office organization and administrative workflow by managing tasks such as payroll input, personnel files, secretarial support, and driver licensure tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and outstanding interpersonal communication abilities to maintain an efficient, welcoming, and well-coordinated office environment.
