Job Description

Access Ohio Behavioral Health is looking for a welcoming, dependable and skilled Full Time Receptionist for our Mount Gilead office. This position will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Our Admin team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized and detail oriented. You will be working alongside case managers, counselors and nursing staff to ensure smooth daily operations and patient experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and route phone calls; schedule and confirm appointments. Enter and update patient demographics in scheduling/EMR system Verify insurance information Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Handle general administrative tasks (faxing, data entry) Support behavioral health and primary care staff and providers with day to day office operations.
Requirements:
Clean urine drug screen upon hire (zero tolerance policy). Background check upon hire.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
