Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview As a Front Desk Receptionist at The Standard Med Spa, you will be the welcoming face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the nurses & injectors. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will manage client checkouts, answering emails, administrative tasks, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. • Medical experience required, Med Spa experience preferred What you'll do Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and friendly attitude Answer incoming calls and text messages and emails Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings Perform cashier duties including checking out clients, collecting cash, credit cards Utilize QuickBooks for basic client transactions Provide customer service, sell retail products, and light cleaning duties Maintain office organization through effective time management and filing systems Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations Basic qualifications Proficient at basic computer skills, you will be using a Mac desktop daily Ability to learn quickly, have a polite & professional demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Preferred qualifications Previous experience as Med Spa employee is preferable Familiarity with social media posting & Med Spa culture Background in customer service or personal assistant roles Live locally and be available from 9am to 1pm daily Why you'll love it here What sets The Standard apart is our commitment to treating the whole person.
