PT Receptionist

The Inn at Apple Ridge is a beautiful and vibrant Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Richfield. Part-Time Receptionist - Assisted Living (2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday) The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors in an assisted living community. This role provides a warm, welcoming presence while supporting residents' needs and assisting with daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet residents, families, and visitors; provide assistance and information as needed Support residents with non-clinical requests and ensure a positive experience Monitor front entrance and maintain awareness of building activity for safety Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records Assist leadership team with clerical tasks and special projects Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially with seniors Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately Basic computer and office skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude We are a licensed healthcare facility meaning all employees must pass a Criminal Background check, have TB testing done, and follow infection control protocol.
