Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our property. In this vital role, you will create memorable first impressions by providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation software Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest services to enhance satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and room assignments while adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset; able to handle challenging situations gracefully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client communication in diverse settings Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system operation and phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and professional excellence.
