Toledo area manufacturer seeks experienced Maintenance Tech responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Will support production by ensuring machinery and vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose equipment failures. Inspect machinery regularly. Perform welding, fabrication, and component replacement. Assist with equipment installation and upgrades. Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation. Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with ordering. PM and repair company vehicles.
Education/Knowledge:
High School diploma, Trade School Certificate, GED equivalent 3 years industrial maintenance experience Experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and pumps Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Welding and fabrication experience preferred Basic computer skills
Pay:
$25-30/hour + benefits / 1st shift,
