Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our office. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and proficient in managing multiple administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will handle front desk duties, support office management functions, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external visitors. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement as needed Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, document proofreading, word processing, and filing Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally in person or over the phone Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Prior experience answering multi-line phones and managing front desk operations with professionalism Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and client communication Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and time management Clerical experience including typing, proofreading, calendar management, and office organization Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus but not required Join us to be a key part of an energetic team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment while supporting efficient office operations. Pay:
