Job Description

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year previous receptionist or related experience required. Knowledge of clerical and other office procedures. Good telephone, communication and organizational skills. Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Programs, online calendar. Operate copier including scan, email and fax functions, phone/voice mail systems. Self-motivated, strong work ethic, dependable, able to work well with others. Detailed and thorough in completing work tasks. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. Level-headed in stressful situations. Pass BCI/FBI check. Valid driver's license. Good driving record. Current vehicle insurance. Duties/Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality in all duties and responsibilities. Answer phone, screen and forward calls, take messages. Greet visitors/clients determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or fax. Document cash received, make receipts. Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail. Provide general information about Field of Hope and services offered. Responsible for utilization of Protective Health Information regarding past, present and future agency population and clients. Keep reception area neat, clean, and inviting. Receive incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate person. Perform notary services. Other duties as assigned.
