Schedule:

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members Answer and direct incoming phone calls Provide general administrative support to the facility Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed Ensure front desk coverage and smooth communication flow

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and phone system skills Dependable and punctual Previous receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required
