Role:
As an Evening Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in visitors, answering phones, and handling occasional after-hours emergencies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating logs, and performing routine administrative tasks. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help you effectively handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in visitors, patients, and families in a timely and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional tone Handle after-hours emergencies and respond accordingly Maintain accurate records and update logs as needed Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and proficiency in
