Job Description
About us Thrive Counseling is a behavioral health agency who provides mental health and substance use services. We are professional and promote a health work environment. We are seeking a Medical Biller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling billing issues related to patient care. You will be expected to work with the billing and coding team to ensure that invoices from local healthcare providers, including insurance companies, are paid promptly. This includes maintaining and updating knowledge of medical codes, insurance regulations and health care laws. In addition, you must be able to communicate with our staff, insurance companies and healthcare providers in a courteous and professional manner..
