Spa Receptionist

Proven experience in front desk reception at a spa or closely related industry or roles within a customer-focused environment Overview Join our friendly team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our Himalayan Salt Spa in Wooster Ohio ! In this role, you will create a warm, inviting atmosphere for clients from the moment they walk through the door. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, managing appointments, answering phones, handling inquiries and assisting with the gift shop ! This position offers a peaceful and unique environment where we focus on relaxation and wellness. This position is part time with flexible hours and is offered 4 days a week. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage 2-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about services Maintain accurate appointment and service scheduling for multiple massage therapists Handle client check-outs, process payments Light data entry Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Assist customers in gift shop with purchases, stock and price gift shop items Maintain Himalayan Salt Cave rooms Light laundry duties Opening and closing spa procedures Qualifications Excellent computer skills and data entry proficiency Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Must be able to lift 20-25lbs to assist clients with gift shop purchases Join us and grow in our ever-growing and thriving spa!
