Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist who serves as the face and voice of our practice. If you are naturally positive, possess an excellent professional demeanor, and love interacting with people, you will thrive here! No prior optometry experience? No problem. We are fully willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates high initiative, a great attitude, and a strong desire to learn. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
First Impressions:
Warmly greet patients upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and guide them through intake forms.Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls with a pleasant, professional, and helpful telephone voice.Scheduling:
Efficiently manage and coordinate patient appointments to maintain a smooth daily workflow.Insurance Verification:
Collect and accurately input patient insurance information.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our doctors and clinic staff as a true team player to ensure an outstanding patient experience. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Availability:
