In this role, you'll support students, clients, and visitors while helping ensure our office operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Create a welcoming experience for clients, students, and visitors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling calendars. Prepare, proofread, and manage documents and records. Provide outstanding customer service by responding to questions and resolving concerns. Support office operations by maintaining supplies, records, and organizational systems. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to create documents, track information, and support daily operations. Assist students and clients with questions about programs, scheduling, and services.
