Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist! Are you passionate about helping people and creating positive first impressions? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you'll support students, clients, and visitors while helping ensure our office operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Create a welcoming experience for clients, students, and visitors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling calendars. Prepare, proofread, and manage documents and records. Provide outstanding customer service by responding to questions and resolving concerns. Support office operations by maintaining supplies, records, and organizational systems. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to create documents, track information, and support daily operations. Assist students and clients with questions about programs, scheduling, and services.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office, reception, administrative, or customer service role preferred; Strong customer service skills with a commitment to creating a positive experience for students and clients; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills; Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a busy environment; Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills;
Minimum Requirements:
Be able to pass a criminal background check; Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Be able to demonstrate basic computer, filing, and record-keeping skills; Ability to remain seated and/or stand for extended periods while performing administrative duties; Promote a safe and effective work environment with respect for diversity and cultural differences; Be able to demonstrate responsible handling of confidential information; Have flexible availability; Have reliable transportation to Albany, and the ability to travel occasionally to Salem or McMinnville as needed; Have a high school diploma or equivalent; Pass a pre-employment drug screen; Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. The ability to communicate effectively with our diverse community is essential to this role.
