Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and assist clients upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping. Provide information about services offered and answer any inquiries from clients. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting other team members. Qualifications Previous experience as a clerk, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in phone systems and calendar management tools. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
