Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software Maintain organized office records, including filing, proofreading documents, and updating client information Support office management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Assist with clerical duties such as word processing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence Provide excellent customer support through clear communication and attentive service Utilize computer skills and technical proficiency to troubleshoot basic office equipment and software issues Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional phone communication skills with knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain high productivity levels Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
